Founded in 1996 by Martin Malivoire, a former film industry special effects director, the winery emphasizes a “three-legged stool” approach to sustainability: planet, people, and prosperity. Malivoire is recognized as a leading authority in Canadian Gamay and also produces exceptional Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc wines.
